An illegal organization based in Yüksekova, Hakkari Province, Turkey, accused of killing 16 people. It had apparent links to the Turkish Gendarmerie's JITEM unit and possible links to the Ergenekon organization. The gang smuggled drugs and weapons, and was headed by high-ranking military personnel and politicians. Its activities were revealed in 1996 after the Susurluk scandal.
