Major drug organization based in Detroit, Michigan, founded in 1976 by Dwayne Davis, Bernard Boykins, Reginald Chestnut, and Charles Lindsey. Among the first African American drug cartels to operate on inner-city street corners, they used minors as couriers and controlled about 80% of Detroit's heroin trade from 1978 to 1987. The organization was crippled by the 1982 murder of Davis and subsequent indictments.
