Criminal organization and extortion ring operating on New York's Lower East Side in the early 20th century. Founded around 1906 by Jacob 'Johnny' Levinsky, Charles Vitoffsky, and Joseph Toblinsky. Targeted Jewish immigrant businessmen with threats and extortion, later expanding into assault, theft, and murder for hire. By 1913, they had gained a virtual monopoly in their criminal activities.
