A 19th-century New Orleans street gang active during the early 1870s and late 1880s. Originally led by Turpo, then by 'Yellow' Henry Stewart after Turpo's arrest in 1877. The gang engaged in burglaries, armed robberies, and extortions, attracting prominent criminals. It disbanded after leader Frank Lyons was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1892.
