Founded by John Griggs, it produced and distributed LSD and hashish with the goal of starting a 'psychedelic revolution' in the United States. The group was known for manufacturing 'Orange Sunshine' LSD and assisting Timothy Leary's escape from prison. It was largely dismantled after a major drug raid in 1972, though some members were arrested as late as 2009.
