The Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are a set of the Crips gang alliance based in South Los Angeles, California. Formed in the late 1970s or early 1980s, they are primarily African-American and engage in drug trafficking and murder. The gang has expanded to other U.S. cities and Canada, and is allied with the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips while rivaling the Eight Trey Gangster Crips.
