A caste-based dacoit band active in the Kaimur plateau region of Bihar, India, during the 1980s. Led by Ramashish Koeri after the death of previous leader Mohan Bind, the gang was responsible for over a hundred murders. It emerged from a context of extreme poverty and feudal oppression by Rajput landlords, with members from Scheduled Castes and backward castes.
