The Polverino clan is a Neapolitan Camorra clan based in Marano di Napoli, Italy, founded by Giuseppe Polverino in the 1990s. It became independent from the Nuvoletta clan and grew to dominate hashish trafficking from Morocco to Italy via Spain, supplying other mafia organizations. The clan has a strong presence in Spain and is considered one of the most powerful Camorra groups there. Giuseppe Polverino was arrested in 2012, but the clan remains active.
