Boston-based Chinese criminal organization founded in the 1970s by Stephen 'Sky Dragon' Tse, who had ties to the 14K Triad. It engaged in drug trafficking, arms trafficking, fraud, prostitution, human trafficking, illegal gambling, money laundering, extortion, murder, illegal immigration, and racketeering. The organization declined after Tse's imprisonment in the 1980s and was linked to the Boston Chinatown massacre. It was active from the 1970s to the early 2000s.
