A loose-knit Greek mafia faction consisting of Greek-American racketeers and drug dealers operating in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Closely affiliated with the Italian-American Philadelphia crime family, it fell under complete control of that family during the reign of boss Nicky Scarfo. The group was involved in loansharking, extortion, methamphetamine trade, illegal gambling, and drug trafficking. Its leader, Chelsais 'Steve' Bouras, was assassinated in 1981, and the group's activity declined thereafter.
