Los Viagras is a Mexican criminal group based in Michoacán, founded around 2014 as a self-defense group and later evolving into a drug trafficking organization. Led by Nicolás Sierra Santana, the group is involved in methamphetamine production and trafficking, and has been in conflict with the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. They have been known for using minors as human shields and are a major source of violence in the Tierra Caliente region. In 2024, they allied with the CJNG against Cárteles Unidos.
