It operates as an armed wing of the Sinaloa Cartel along the US-Mexico border, engaging in murder, extortion, drug trafficking, kidnapping, and vehicle theft. The gang is composed largely of deportees and Mexican-American citizens, and is known for using Nahuatl language in US prisons to communicate secretly. It remains active, primarily in northern Mexican states and parts of Texas.
