Los Mazatlecos is an enforcer gang of the Beltrán Leyva Cartel, based in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. Formed around 2000 by Alfredo Beltrán Leyva, the group is one of the largest gangs working for the cartel. They are engaged in a turf war against the Sinaloa Cartel and are responsible for numerous deaths and kidnappings in Sinaloa and Durango. The gang is currently led by Fausto Isidro Meza Flores.
