Composed of five main subsets operating in Barrio Logan, Logan Heights, and Memorial. Engaged in drug trafficking, murder, kidnapping, and human smuggling, with ties to the Tijuana Cartel and Mexican Mafia. Active in multiple U.S. cities and Tijuana, Mexico.
