The Lo Russo clan was a Neapolitan Camorra clan based in Miano, Naples, founded in the late 1970s by the Lo Russo brothers. It controlled numerous neighborhoods in northern Naples for over three decades, engaging in drug trafficking, extortion, and prostitution. The clan was part of the Nuova Famiglia and later the Secondigliano Alliance. Following arrests of its leaders, the organization is considered overthrown.
