Transnational Albanian-speaking cocaine trafficking network that organized shipments from South America to Europe and coordinated wholesale distribution across EU member states. It negotiated directly with South American cartels and used encrypted communications and informal value transfer systems. The network was dismantled in September 2020 following a five-year multi-country investigation codenamed Operation Los Blancos, resulting in over 100 arrests and seizures of nearly 4 tonnes of cocaine.
