Mexican drug cartel based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, founded around 1970 by Rafael Aguilar Guajardo, Pablo Acosta Villarreal, Amado Carrillo Fuentes, and Vicente Carrillo Fuentes. It controls cocaine trafficking routes into the United States and is known for extreme violence, including decapitations. Its armed wing is La Línea, and it uses Barrio Azteca gang. Currently led by Juan Pablo Ledezma.
