The GTA gang was a violent gang of murderers and terrorists based near Moscow, Russia, formed in March 2012 by Ibaydullo Subkhanov to train soldiers for ISIL. They robbed and murdered motorists on the M-4 highway using caltrops, and were responsible for 17 murders. The gang was captured in a police raid on 6 November 2014, with Subkhanov killed.
