The Clan Giuliano is a Camorra organization based in central Naples, founded by Pio Vittorio Giuliano in the 1950s. It was one of the most powerful criminal groups in Campania from the 1970s to the 1990s, involved in cigarette smuggling, drug trafficking, and counterfeiting. The clan operated in neighborhoods such as Forcella, San Gaetano, and Piazza Mercato. Several family members became pentiti (collaborators with justice) in the early 2000s, leading to a decline in its power.
