A prison and street gang founded in 1998 at Snake River Correctional Institution in Oregon by David Patrick Kennedy and another inmate. Membership is restricted to white males with no more than one-sixteenth Native American ancestry. The gang is involved in drug trafficking, extortion, assaults, dog fighting, and murder, with an estimated 500 members in the Oregon prison system as of 2006. It operates a 'Blood in, Blood out' policy and is known for its secretive, formal structure.
