DarkMarket was an English-language cybercrime forum created by Renukanth Subramaniam in London. It facilitated the buying and selling of stolen identities and credit card data, with 2,500 users at its peak. The forum was shut down in 2008 after an FBI infiltration led to over 60 arrests worldwide. A separate darknet market using the same name was shut down by German authorities in 2021.
