The Dallas crime family was an Italian-American Mafia crime family based in Dallas, Texas, founded around 1910 by Carlo Piranio. It was active primarily in the Dallas metropolitan area and throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, engaging in racketeering, loansharking, drug trafficking, and other illegal activities. The family was led by Joseph Civello after Piranio's death and became defunct by the 1990s.
