It formed in the early 1980s after the dissolution of the Nuova Famiglia groups, engaging in conflicts with the Alleanza di Secondigliano and later joining the Misso-Mazzarella-Sarno cartel. The clan was involved in territorial disputes and camorra wars, particularly against the De Luca Bossa clan.
