The Clan Alfieri was a Camorra organization operating in the northeastern suburbs of Naples, Italy, specifically in the areas of Saviano and Nola, with a stronghold in Piazzolla di Nola. Founded in 1953 by brothers Salvatore and Carmine Alfieri, it became part of the Nuova Famiglia confederation in the late 1970s to oppose Raffaele Cutolo's NCO. The clan was involved in the Camorra wars and was eventually dismantled.
