Bolivian criminal organization based in the Chapare region, dedicated to drug trafficking and human trafficking. It originated from the merger of six coca growers' federations and is alleged to have strong ties to the political party Movement for Socialism and former president Evo Morales. The cartel has been active since at least the 1990s, with drug trafficking increasing after the expulsion of the DEA in 2008.
