It is involved in drug trafficking, particularly fentanyl and methamphetamine, and operates in several Mexican states. The group is currently led by José Gil Caro Quintero and is engaged in a territorial dispute with Los Chapitos. Despite the arrest of its founder in 2022, the organization remains active.
