Originally a Pan-African student movement, it evolved into a criminal organization involved in cybercrime, human trafficking, drug trafficking, election fraud, and murder. Known for the 1999 Obafemi Awolowo University massacre. The Neo Black Movement publicly distanced itself from Black Axe in 2024.
