Mexican-American street and prison gang originally based in El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, founded in the early 1980s by Jose 'Raulio' Rivera. It is a transnational criminal organization involved in drug trafficking, human trafficking, murder, and other crimes, with an estimated 8,000 members. The gang has an alliance with La Línea and the Juárez Cartel, and is considered one of the most violent gangs in the United States.
