Bala na Cara is a Brazilian criminal organization based in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, founded in the early 2000s. It is one of the two largest and most violent criminal groups in the state, involved in drug trafficking, robberies, and murders. The group is known for extreme violence, often executing victims with multiple shots to the face. It has allied with Comando Vermelho and expanded operations to other states and countries.
