Criminal gang active in Bihar, India, led by Ashok Mahto and Pintu Mahto. Responsible for the 2005 killing of MP Rajo Singh and numerous caste-related murders in the late 1990s. Engaged in a long-running rivalry with the Akhilesh Singh gang over control of stone-crushing and sand-lifting operations. The gang was supported by backward castes and targeted upper-caste Bhumihars.
